Transparency	We have Avg. Lot Value (with automatic fee calculation if below) and shipping and handling costs (see S&H). We charge no additional or hidden fees.
Minimum order value	Currently we have no minimum order value!
Avg. Lot Value	To keep the packing time of orders reasonable, orders have to meet an average lot value of 2 EUR (incl. VAT in EU) or more. The number of lots in your order is the number of different parts in it, regardless how many parts there are. You can see the number of lots and the average value in your shopping cart. In case your order can't fulfill this limit, we have an automatic fee calculation in the order process: value / lots between 1 - 2 EUR → 0.15 EUR lot fee value / lots < 1 EUR → 0.25 EUR lot fee
Payment	Generally payments have to be done in advance. Please state your order number as your payment comment.
Invoice	After having received our invoice via email, you may transfer the final amount. Although we will send an invoice every time you place or expand an order, adding items to your open order is always welcome until we have received your payment.
Shipping	The processing of your order begins, as soon as we have received and assigned your complete payment.
Transfer to our bank acount	You find our account data in your invoice email. Please don't forget to state your order number as your payment comment.
