QUALITY is more than a word for us!

Generally all our used parts come from private property. For this reason, we wash them and check them carefully for quality in order to be able to satisfy all of our customers.
Usually all used LEGO parts show slight signs of wear. Parts of low quality won't make it in our store without appropriate comment.
Comments are written in german and/or english and should be read and understood before ordering.

Electronic and mechanic parts are always checked for function.

The following criteria will result in sorting out or commenting an item.


1st quality means:

Crack

Parts sold by us are
- NOT broken
- NOT cracked

Bend

Parts sold by us are
- NOT bent
- NOT deformed
Bite marks

Parts sold by us are
- NOT bitten
- NOT chewed
Yellowing

Parts sold by us are
- NOT yellowed
- NOT discolored
Scratches

Parts sold by us are
- NOT heavily scratched
- NOT abused
Decorated Parts

Patterns of printed parts sold by us are
- NOT outworn
- NOT faded
- NOT heavily scratched
Instructions

Used original instructions sold by us are also checked and graded into categories.
Furthermore, our quality standards for minifigs and minifig parts are particularly high.

2nd quality means that the offered parts do not fully match all of the criteria above. However we consider those parts as usable and functional. Of course we are willing to answer your questions on particular items via e-mail.

110%, 120%, etc means that the offered parts are not quality checked individually like our other parts are. Due to the low value per piece, this would not be economically viable for us. 

Instead you will receive the specified percentage of extra parts, rounded down. So for example: You order 1000 pieces of a 110% lot and we will send you 10% extra, so 1100 pieces in this case, to compensate for possibly included broken or damaged pieces. This is likely more than you will have to sort out, so the remaining extras are simply free!
